Quiet, serene, and magical Pearl Beach is the perfect destination for guests wanting a relaxing holiday within easy reach of Sydney. This 2-bedroom house with cabin has everything to suit any family with the spectacular pool and manicured gardens offering a relaxing setting.
The beach is only a 4-minute walk. The tennis courts, kids' playground, arboretum, and incredible bush walks are also close by. Just a 10-minute drive to the town centre of Umina and Ettalong Beach there is plenty of activities for the family to enjoy.
Main bedroom has a queen bed and cot the second bedroom has a tri bunk, while the cabin has 2 single beds, and a bunk bed.
* Open plan kitchen, dining and living space contains a flat screen TV, cosy lounges, combustion fireplace and 8 seat dining
* Fully equipped kitchen with electric cook top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
* Outdoor seating, gas BBQ, fully fenced inground pool

* Main bathroom with shower, toilet, 2nd bathroom in cabin with shower and toilet
