Holiday Retreat by the Beach
Our 4-bedroom, modern home is in a quiet and friendly gated community. North and east facing, it gets plenty of sun all day long. A fully fenced section with large patio spaces and tropical gardens complement the indoor-outdoor flow.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and the extras, from double ovens, a coffee maker, a cake mixer, a food processor, an air fryer and more. You are getting all the luxuries of our family home!
The separate TV room ensures all guests can have their own space. Off-street parking is available on the driveway for 3-4 cars.
A 2-minute walk via beach access across the road leads you to a safe surf beach, or drive 5 minutes to the local surf club beaches in either direction.
Less than 200m from our front door you will find the local Fresh Choice supermarket, Pearl Kitchen Cafe, and The Good Home pub. Plenty more shops are within 5km in each direction of the house such as Fashion Island, Papamoa Plaza and Bayfair Shopping Centre.

My husband and I love to travel and get out and about. We also have a holiday home that we rent out at Lake Rotoiti in Rotorua.
Why they chose this property
We love living in this area, across the road from the beach but without the busyness and noise of downtown Mount Maunganui. With a cafe, supermarket, and pub 200m away and shopping centres close in both directions, we are in a prime location.
What makes this property unique
Being only 10 years old our property is modern and fresh. It is our family home so is well-equipped for your stay. As it is our family home we do ask all guests to treat it respectfully.
