About this property

The Prairie Annex

Quiet, picturesque getaway to hike, or explore the area-plenty of hiking in the summer, snowshoeing or cross country skiing in the winter! We have snowshoes, bring your own skis.
Stopover if traveling with your horses, can accommodate up to 4 horses.
The Annex is a shared yard space, we are around quite often.
The space is newly created & decorated in a unique reclaimed Prairie wood style with all the modern amenities.
Comfy king bed, couch/single bed combo positioned in front of a cosy propane fireplace. This means 3 adults or 2 adults and one teen over 12 years of age.
Spacious step in shower, all brand new bathroom
Kitchenette, or hot meals can be provided-order ahead!
Shared yard, 3 friendly farm dogs & 2 horses & some barn cats.
The space-
Eat at the reclaimed wood Island on large comfy bar stools provided.
Or eat al fresco facing the western sky on the patio provided.
Lounge around on the extra large couch where you will feel right at home, relax and read a book or take a nap
Guest access-
Park at the entrance, no steps to navigate.
Two entrances to use, front and back.
This studio layout is all on one floor.
Other things to note-
Plan to bring your own groceries, alcohol and other personal requirements.
Dress for changes in the weather, this is the Prairies after all.
Bring your own electronics (laptop, Ipad, Ebook, tablet) There is limited Wifi, and a TV.

*Please* we do not book for anyone under the age of 12. Our reasoning is concern for children that may not respect the dogs or horses and we absolutely do not want anyone to get hurt.
** We are also NOT dog friendly, for obvious reasons as we have our own 3 farm dogs and don't want to start a dog war.
Thank you for understanding.
