The Space:
Upon entry you have the brand new kitchen to your right and bathroom to your left. A couple of steps and you are in the lovely open plan dining,, lounge and bedroom. Floor to ceiling windows leads your eye to the large undercover deck. This apartment has a lovely feel to it. Stylishly renovated with quality finishings. Fully kitted out so you can be self catering, it is the perfect place to base yourself whilst working or visiting Auckland. Close to premium Viaduct and downtown shopping , entertainment and eateries whilst also being close to business and transport hubs.

Check in is convenient via lock box at the Luggage Hotel based on Princes Wharf.

The Neighborhood:
Princes Wharf is right in the heart of the Viaduct, Auckland' most desired real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The buzzing Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk and the new Commercial Bay establishment across the road offers high end retail and a wide range of classy food options. Enjoy harbour side walks around the marina, the ferry building is 5 mins walk and the Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by.
Getting Around:
The iconic Auckland ferry building is 5 mins walk with regular ferry services to some of Aucklands most pristine islands. The Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by and taxis are all available at the entrance to Princes Wharf. The Auckland Explorer Bus is the city's original hop on hop off sightseeing tour and pick up is across the road from Princes Wharf. We know you will be respectful of our property and the neighbours but we want to make it very clear to you BEFORE you book, the property and booking restrictions & policies. These apply to inside, outside and all common areas and nearby street. These apply to all guests and those associated with our guests while they are at the property. If you unfortunately chose not to comply with these, your booking will be cancelled & you will be asked to leave immediately plus there are significant associated charges.

Pre - check in requirements: Before check -in, we will require a separate form to be fully completed with ID provided for the main guest. For payments made directly with Pillo, payment must be by the booker only and we require to sight the credit card used prior to check in.
CHECK - IN TIME IS AFTER: 3 pm (15.00) on day of check in. CHECK - OUT TIME IS BY: 10 am (10.00) on day of check out. Charges apply if you arrive early or leave late.
• No SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere on the property (Inc inside, outside, balconies & common areas)
• No PARTIES, GATHERING OR EVENTS of any kind (formal or informal)
• No LOUD NOISES or UNACCEPTABLE or ILLEGAL BEHAVIOUR of any kind or activates or items in or on the property. Curfew is between 10pm (22.00) & 9am (09.00)
• No DAMAGE, MISUSE, BREAKAGES or REMOVAL of the property, building, common areas or neighbours property & any contents. You are fully responsible & liable for any repairs & replacements.
• ALL Building Management & Body Corporate rules & regulations MUST BE adhered to, including any building access requirements.
• No TAMPERING WITH ANY SAFETY & HEALTH DEVISES including smoke alarms
• Additional services or Items: Charges for hire and delivery may apply and MUST be prepaid for.(Inc additional bed linen)
• Only beds can be used for sleeping on. Linen hire is compulsory for extra beds & is an additional charge to the nightly room rental charged for guests staying.
• Any quests staying or stayed not included in booking will be asked to leave & extra guest booking charges will apply for the whole booking period.
• Cleaning: As part of your booking, a light after- stay guest clean is included. You are expected to leave the property in a tidy & cleanly state with all dishes cleaned & put away & beds left unmade, all table & bench tops cleared. All rubbish must be placed as instructed. If the property is not left in a tidy condition & rubbish removed as requested you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
• For stays longer than 14 days, a guest paid refresh clean & linen change will be required as part of the booking.
• Amenities: This property is not serviced. Short stay is about self-catering but we do provide a small array of amenities to support you for your first day. These are not replenished during your stay.
• Luggage: Please note we DO NOT have facility to store luggage at our properties.
• Access Keys: If you lose, damage or take the access keys you will be charged the cost of replacement plus a Pillo admin fee.
• Locked out: If you lock yourself out you will be charged a Pillo call – out fee + any building management & security charges & any lock smith charges. You may be required to supply proof of identity & booking before being given access. Response time cannot be guaranteed.
• Left items: At your cost (& pre –paid) Pillo will attempt to retrieve & return any left items to you. Please note any retrieved items will only be held for one month before being disposed of
• We do not accept any MAIL or PACKAGE deliveries. Any received will be returned to sender at your cost.
• Cancellations: Please refer to listing cancellation policy. Please note there are no refunds if booking is cancelled once property is occupied.
• No PETS
• Contact: We are available 24/7 for urgent & emergency requests (only) & just a phone call, text, or e-mail away during business hours (8.30 am to 7 pm). If we are called out outside of these hours, request is non urgent, or additional items are required, a call out & delivery fee may apply.

Pillo manages this property on behalf of the owners & we are available 24/7 for urgent requests (only) & just a phone call, text, or e-mail away during business hours (8.30 am to 7 pm) If we are called out outside of these hours there may be a callout fee may apply.
