This centrally located 3-bedroom home is less than a 5-minute drive from the hospital and the heart of downtown Prince George. With the Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park just a short walk away from your front door, this home will be a great fit for you, whether travelling for business or pleasure. The home has a well-stocked kitchen, a separate workspace, a large, open-concept living area, and a patio area with a fenced yard for everyone to enjoy.
The Space
The home is a duplex-style unit with one other unit next to it. Each unit has its own private parking and entrance area. Walking into the suite, guests will enter into the kitchen area and be able to enjoy the spacious open-concept living area also containing the dining area and living room. Upstairs, guests will find the laundry area, bathroom, and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms contain a queen bed and the other is a double-size pull-out bed with a comfortable mattress topper.
Guest Access and Other Details
Guests will have access to the entire space as well as a nice sun deck! There is a caretaker named Goji that lives in the basement suite of the home that takes care of the property. He is very friendly and you may come across him gardening or taking care of the recycling!
