Great Location, close to the best hikes. Private garden and on street parking.
Great location 2 bed 2 bath guest suite with private garden located in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver.
Free on street parking just outside your own separate entrance.
Easy access to all North Vancouver has to offer including hiking and mountain biking.
15 minute walk to Lynn Valley Shopping center.
6 minute drive to Lynn Valley Suspension Bridge.
The suite is garden level attached to our family home. All modern amenities including 55'' flat screen TV, gas fireplace and Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea provided.
The suite has a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare all your meals during your stay.
Both bedrooms have comfy mattresses.
I can provide a high chair, pack and play or toddler bed on request.
Please bear in mind that we live with our children above the suite so noise does travel to the suite including our footsteps. We have quiet time for our children from 9pm till 8am and on the weekends a lunch period quiet time to lessen disturbance to the suite.
