Parfait!

La maison proposée est bien située, propre et spacieuse. La piscine est très bien et la vue incroyable.Les communications avec le propriétaire ou la personne en charge de nous accueillir étaient rapides et précises. Une proposition que je recommande.

La location est conforme à l'annonce avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les Anses d'Arlets et la mer des Caraïbes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille en Martinique. Seul petit bémol la montée de la rue du calvaire 😅. Nous recommandons cette location pour ses prestations et sa vue.

La villa a tout à fait répondu à nos attentes. L’emplacement, le confort de la maison, la piscine et la superbe vue de la terrasse….encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons très bien été accueilli et les propriétaires ont été parfaits. Une excellente adresse aux Anses d’Arlet.

Superbe villa aux Anses d'Arlet !

Très bon contact avec les propriétaire et Laurent qui nous a accueillis et a été notre contact tout au long de ce séjour. La villa est conforme à l'attendu, voire encore mieux en vrai ! Un véritable effet wahou en arrivant ! Elle est fonctionnelle, bien située, très joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée. On s'y sent tout de suite bien, qui plus est avec cette vue spectaculaire sur la mer des Caraïbes ! Nous espérons bien y retourner un jour ! Merci pour cette magnifique expérience !

Magnifique villa très bien agencée avec une vue superbe sur la mer

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette villa, en famille avec 2 jeunes de 16 et 21 ans. Tout était parfait : l accueil par Gisèle et Laurent, les prestations de la maison 👍.

Belle villa

La villa est jolie, bien entretenue avec une tres belle vue, une piscine agreable. Elle est bien équipée et joliement décorée. Elle est située en hauteur avec une superbe vue mais l’acces par une cote très pentue et il n est pas possible d aller à pied a la plage. Le principal point negatif : il est à noter, car cela n est pas explicit dans l annonce, que le salon et la cuisine ne possèdent pas de fenetre (les 3 ouvertures se ferment uniquement par des volets roulants automatiques), il y fait donc très chaud en été et les moustiques y sont très présents. C est un grand espace dont il est difficile de profiter sereinement en été. Des baies vitrées et une climatisation de cet espace serait aprèciable pour pouvoir en profiter pleinement Les chambres sont climatisées mais pas la salle de bains (presence de moustiques +++ a cause des ouvertures). Dommage

Tolles Haus

Ein tolles Haus mit einer wundervollen Aussicht. Wie auf den Fotos. Anse d'Arlet ist nur eine kurze, steile Autofahrt entfernt. Einziger Kritikpunkt auf der ganzen Insel: es wird fast nur französisch gesprochen. Wenn man jemand findet, der englisch kann, kann man sich glücklich schätzen!

Exceptionnel !!!!

Magnifique maison au calme , vue mer exceptionnelle , propreté irréprochable , équipement au top . Coucher de soleil a tomber . Gérant très agréable et réactif . Le plus beau village encore typique . C est la deuxième fois que nous venons et c est toujours un pur bonheur . Je recommande vivement !!!!
