Older building, needs cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room 205 in Burma Vista is not clean, most likely by Bender Reality cleaning staff. The kitchen sink and garbage disposal was backed up. We had to call on this right after we arrived. We did not get the door coded called to us before 5 pm. We had to call for this too. The room was ready at 3:30 when we arrived early. How does BR mess this up?The refrigerator was horrible. Even the maintenance person was shocked at the rusty look. It should have been replaced years ago. The dirty floor was cleaned by our socks. None of the TV equipment worked. Mismatched remotes and no instructions just to watch local channels. We bought a Roku just watch movies. The HVAC was not controllable. The fan ran none stop. Very noisy when in bed. The location was great, the pool was nice and the beach was fantastic.

Great condo for a little family

Great location. Beach was lovely, very nice pool. Comfortable balcony with plenty of seating. Condo came well equipped with anything a family would need. Check in and check out process was easy. Very accommodating hosts. We all highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this unit 1.5 weeks prior to arrival the unit was the size we wanted. The unit could have been cleaner, looked like some of the floors had not had the runs picked up and swept as there was dirt in the corners (by bathroom rugs). The washer made terrible noise when the water was running and the dryer didn’t work correctly on a couple of cycles. The shower curtain liner had a biofilm built up on it.
