The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with queen sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 12 people. 5200sft.

The adjective living room is furnished with everything.

The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything with outdoor fireplace too.

Situated near the golf courses guests can enjoy an afternoon of hiking activities and later watch the sunset from the deck off the room.

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as skiing, hiking, and close to downtown! Ideal home for families coming in to enjoy graduation or sports events at either Gonzaga University or Whitworth University. Only about a 10 minute drive to Gonzaga and about 5 minutes away from Whitworth. Spokane will be the host of the first 2 rounds of the men's NCAA tournament this year! Home is also close to all the basketball and volleyball tournaments that happen in the area.

2023 Brothers 4 Life golf trip

What an awesome property. Great views, well stocked and comfortable beds. My group of 8 had no complaints only praise for this house. Owner was great to work/communicate with, would absolutely stay again.

Perfection!!!

We have stayed in this beautiful home 3 times now. So much room and space for everyone. This home is always super clean and very well stocked. Check ins and check outs are easy. Only recommendation I have, is to add a topper on the mattress upstairs on the left. That bed is extremely hard! Thank you again for another year of wonderful memories.

My family from all over the country came for my sons wedding. It was nice to have us all together. The house was well equipped. There was an amazing deck, We were able to have a nice barbecue for the 4th of July. We will have good memories and stories for future family get togethers.

Nice property, but could use a little updating (paint chipping on kitchen cabinets; refrigerator broken - no ice/water). The downstairs bathroom needs new floor mats - smelled mildewy. Outside patio areas were dirty, but apparently, there was a major wind storm followed by rain. Overall, it was a good home - plenty of rooms to meet our needs while in town for a wedding.

Amazing house, highly recommend

Don't hesitate for a second on this house. It's huge, plenty for a big group, and with the outdoor space it's a great place for a stay. Everything you need in the house and the owner was awesome. Very helpful for my large group. Appreciate it very much, hope we can stay again in future Jamie!

This home is a one of a kind gem. Perfect for a large family like ours. We enjoyed every inch - all the decks, bedrooms, living and dining areas, and of course the exercise room. We come for Bloomsday every year. My family says, “this home is now an official part of our Bloomsday tradition.

Highly recommend this beautiful property!!

This has 6 full bedrooms we used to have the groomsmen stay with wedding party from out of town. There are few 6 bedroom homes but we had this one and another property. For any future events I will hands down go with this property first!!! Fantastic outdoor space, bedrooms are good size and all amenities needed!!

Elegant, spacious house with a great view

We had such a wonderful time! We had 5 adults and 2 kids and had more than enough space. Loved the decks and we sent quite a bit of time just enjoying the outside area and chatting. Great location, the kids could walk to the park to play. We would definitely come back to this property! Thank you!!

Great stay

We rented this property for myself and family for my daughter’s wedding. It was perfectly set up to host a large group. Lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Even a bedroom downstairs so grandma didn’t have to do the stairs. The outdoor areas are amazing, and I wish the weather would have been warmer, so we could have spent more time outside! Very well located and easy to get to as well. We didn’t need to communicate with the owners at all. Just told them when we left. I’d highly recommend for a large groups!

Wish I could stay longer

There was so much space we didn’t have time to use. The decks and patios were amazing! Do you need sunshine, they have it. Shade, they have it. A previous review said it was perfect for a three generation gathering, which is accurate. The patio stairs have a gate for toddlers. So many areas for chatting, watching a movie, or playing cards. Wish I had more time to stay there.

Amazing!!!

The pictures online do not do this property justice. This home is beautiful and is made for entertaining. The kitchen is FULLY stocked including a Keriug. Bedding on all beds was quality. Interior finishes and decorating are far above expectation for a VRBO. Jamie (property manager/owner) was extremely responsive. Jamie thank you for providing an amazing backdrop for fun memories on our sons college football weekend. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing Property

This home was truly amazing. Spacious, perfect outdoor space, comfortable beds, beautiful views and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. We stayed in the home for almost a week and only ate out one time. It was absolutely perfect for our large group. I only wish we could have spent more time relaxing on the decks. I hope we have another tournament in the area and this home is available. We definitely want to come back! A huge thank you to the owners who quickly responded to any questions and for having this beautiful home!

Beautiful Vacation House

This house was amazing. Just as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and dining. More towels than we could use. All the beds were comfortable. Great layout for our group of several families. We could all be together or have separate quiet space if desired. The outdoor decks were spacious and comfortable. We grilled almost every night. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient for our outings to downtown, Riverfront Park, Kendall Yards and Riverside Park. Jamie and Craig were friendly and responsive. Thanks!

FABULOUS home

A group of 12 women stayed here for Be Bold for Jesus conference. We felt so comfortable there. The house is ABSOLUTELY amazing. The kitchen is beyond stocked with anything you could possibly need. There’s plenty of space if you want to go off and be alone or have everyone visiting in the same room. The hot tub is positioned in the perfect spot where you can relax and see the beautiful scenery. The host was very responsive and accommodating. She answered all the questions I had very promptly. There is one room that the bed is very firm. I assume they have it that way just in case someone likes a firm mattress. The rest of the beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. I would definitely recommend this home and our group is already talking about coming back next year!
