This home is located within an eco-friendly community, which includes a main house, two campers, and two tiny homes. The outdoor spaces are shared by all guests, offering a collaborative and nature-focused environment.

Composting Toilets: Detailed instructions for their use are provided.
Grey Water System: Helps conserve water and reduce waste.
Eco Products: Only eco-friendly products are used in our tiny homes and trailers.
Please note, no dogs or animals are allowed to maintain our eco-friendly environment.

Guest Access:
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Getting Around:
Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ride sharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away.

We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. This information can be found in our digital house manual.

Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.

All guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration.

Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.

All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.

To ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features, all upon arrival, and notify Portoro with any questions.

Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.

Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.

We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.

The home has cameras for external monitoring only.

Reservations made during festivals and conferences are nonrefundable.

Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6 percent and the city requires 11 percent.

A portion of the city hotel tax helps support musicians and related businesses.

Interaction with Guests:
Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.

We follow the CDC and Airbnb Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.
