This Carpenter St. location makes traveling anywhere in Carmel, the Monterey Peninsula or other nearby central California Coastal towns a breeze. Pop into downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea for a plethora of dining options, galleries and boutique shops or hop onto Highway One for a scenic drive to Big Sur or north to Santa Cruz or the San Francisco Bay area. Just over one mile to the beach at the bottom of Ocean Avenue and only .6 Mile to Carmel Plaza or Devendorf Park for the weekly Farmer's Market.

As of August 2024 this adorable bungalow is undergoing a full remodel. All new appliances, finishes and furnishings are being installed and we look forward to opening the calendar for this cutie in coming weeks. Description details and photos are coming soon.

All new appliances grace this newly remodeled kitchen which is equipped for your cooking pleasure. Please note that this home does not have a dishwasher.

Bedroom #1 has a low profile king bed and a TV.
Bedroom #2 has a low profile queen bed and a TV.

The yard is fully fenced for privacy and an outdoor deck is home to seating options and a propane BBQ grill.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
