2BD/2BA SUITE IN THE HEART OF THE DOWNTOWN DENVER Business and Theater District is a perfect place for an extended stay. Spend the summer in Denver and enjoy the mountains only 30 minutes away. Come back in the winter for the skiing and snowboarding season. Enjoy the Parade of Lights and New Year fireworks.
The condo offers a lot of space and upgrades. It has two fireplaces, a wall water fountain, and custom lighting feathers—upgraded bathrooms with granite heated floors and custom vanities. The kitchen has stone counters, plenty of cabinets, a pantry, and all the appliances. The ceiling-to-floor windows make the living room light and bright.
Enjoy a beautiful mountain view from your private balcony on the 19th floor.
You will have almost 1000 sq ft of space, more than any hotel room downtown, at a fraction of the hotel price. The condo has contemporary furniture, including an adjustable-height ergonomic desk with a comfortable desk chair.
The condo is decorated with original artwork throughout.

The Convention Center is just two blocks away, as is historic Larimer Square, with its restaurants, cafes, and bars. Sam's Diner Corner opens early and late, offering an authentic slice of city life. Light rail is also an easy two-block walk. The beautifully renovated Union Station is also a 5-10 minute walk away, connecting you to many transportation choices: you can take the Amtrack train to the mountains and historic Glenwood Springs, which has Colorado's famous hot mineral springs.
Pepsi Center, Platte Valley, the Denver Art Museum, Coors Field baseball stadium, and the Museum of Contemporary Art are also within walking distance.

The excellent location of this condo allows us to visit Colorado Ballet and Opera, Broadway plays, and various events at the Convention Center and DCPA. It is only two blocks from the Convention Center and the famous Blue Bear. Coors Stadium and Pepsi Centre are within a short walk
