Very disappointing

Photos look interesting on line however what they don't show is how dirty the accommodation is. Everything is very shabby. The microwave is unsafe and dirty. The wiring looks very unsafe. The stove top is rusted. The outdoor bathroom is Easily accessible from outside and in turn, accessible to the room which you can not lock up. So if you wanted to leave you would have to take everything with you for security sake. As a single mother we felt very unsafe as nothing was lockable. We tried to cancel the second night but the own laughted at me when I asked for a refund. Vrgo Stayz were not helpful at all. They told me a little dirty was not refund material. If I could only upload photos to prove my very honest review Please

Cannonvale horror

We checked into the outdoor area with a bedroom, that’s the only way to describe it. The area was not secure and people walked in and passed every day. It is not safe for your pet (booked as stated pet friendly, but the place is open and not secure, so the dog wandered off a few times. As for the unit, there was mould everywhere even inside the bedroom. Kitchen was run down and dirty, mouldy salt sachets were one of the few condiments supplied. The air conditioning unit on the floor was so loud you couldn’t sleep, and was useless even when switched on. We checked out on day 2 of our 5 day stay. This place isn’t suitable to live in and shouldn’t be rented out. Will never stay here again and would absolutely NOT recommend it to anyone. Very expensive and extremely disappointing.
