Presque parfait

Excellent établissement foté d'installations dernier cri dans l'appartement et étant même doté d'une piscine avec une grande amplitude horaire. Il faut également noter l'amabilité du personnel ainsi que la mise a disposition gratuite des reste du petit dejeuner. A ce propos il faut noter que c'est l'unique point faible de cet établissement. En effet il est assez cher (14 euros) et les mets sont assez basiques (mêmesi les croissants sont absolument 😋) En plus de la qualité du service nous avons été agréablement surpris par sa proximité avec les supermarchés, salles de sports et monuments locaux, vous trouverez une salle de sport à 200m et le stade vélodrome n'est qu'à 15 min à pied

Gestion du petit déjeuner

Un gros point noir au niveau du petit déjeuner : les tables ne sont pas débarrassées de suite car l’employée déléguée est rivée à son portable et affalée dans le canapé de l’accueil. De plus elle débarrasse les plateaux mais ne nettoie pas les tables …. Et le summum, elle se sert au buffet et les clients doivent patienter pour accéder au pot de Nutella … La honte pour l’hôtel !!!!

J’ai passé une nuit dans l’établissement, la dame de l’accueil était très gentille ! L’appartement est très bien équipé ! Il y a accès à la piscine intérieur. Seul problème c’est le bruit je dirais on entend vachement ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir et autour, faut pas venir pour espérer faire une grasse matinée quoi. Mais sinon très bien

HÔTEL Calme avec une situation centrale

Très bel établissement pour venir visiter Marseille ou aller voir un match ou un concert ou aller à la plage (bus à proximité). Je recommande cet hôtel qui est propre et très fonctionnel. Le personnel y est extrêmement sympathique et efficace.

HOTEL FERMEE entre 12H et 14h sans prevenir

Hotel fermé entre 12h et 14h. AUCUN MESSAGE D'ALERTE Arrivé à 12h15, impossible ne serait-ce que de déposer des affaires. Pour des besoins professionnels nous avons été obligé de prendre une chambre ailleurs. Nous aurions été informé au moment de la réservation, nous n'aurions pas réservé. Une nuit n'a pas été utilisé à cause de ce désagrément. Temps, et argent perdu juste parce que l'hotel n'a pas pas indiquer fermer ses portes entre 12h et 14h

Really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. They had everything you need. Swimming pool, washer/driers downstairs, perfectly equipped kitchenette in apartment, mini-shop in reception. The location is brilliant for a stay in Marseille. 2 min walk from Perrier Subway station, opposite Prado Perrier bus stop (with buses to Cassis and Prado beach). Patisserie opposite and Carrefour a short walk. Apartments small but not too small. If we come to Marseille again, we’ll most definitely stay here. Shopping centre at next subway station.
