This smoke-free cabin features a sauna, coffee/tea in a common area and an arcade/games room. Free continental breakfast is provided, as well as free WiFi in public areas, free self parking and a free manager's reception. Additionally, free newspapers, tour/ticket assistance and wedding services are on-site. All 10 individually furnished cabins provide free WiFi, free wired Internet and iPod docks. Guests can enjoy fireplaces, and other standard amenities include kitchenettes with fridges and microwaves.
Fireside Lodge offers 10 air-conditioned accommodations with fireplaces and iPod docking stations. This individually furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Televisions come with premium satellite channels, DVD players and Netflix. Accommodation at this 3-star cabin has kitchenettes with fridges, microwaves, separate dining areas and kitchenware and utensils. Exactly what we were looking for !!! So cool !!! Love the Retro vibes. They just don’t make them like that anymore. The owners are really warm and friendly. The place is a jewel. You have to check it out, True Tahoe Soul. Can’t wait to go back.

A DOG FRIENDLY must visit. Love the waffles, an the walking trails, every room is different it's so unique. Much better than going to a casino. Amazing sauna and s'mores provided a dog friendly must visit

The best!!! They do have gentle dogs on property and allow for add fee to bring your pups. Worth every penny!!! I don't want to give away too much because we were pleasantly surprised.

One of the best places we have been to. This family owned gem is amazing. It offers something for all ages. Owners are super friendly and helpful. They have very well behaved and trained lodge dog ‘Kai’. It’s very well maintained rustic lodge.

We totally forgot to take photos of ourselves skiing beautiful Northstar, but we took lots of pics of our fun time at Fireside, lol! You can tell that the proprietors really care not only about their property, but your experience there.

Owners were very accommodating with early check in. Room was clean, nice and perfect for our needs/family. Kitchenette was stocked with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, small crockpot, dishes, eating utensils etc. Expanded continental breakfast was very nice and a rare find nowadays. Mattress on one bed was a little uncomfortable, but all else puts this place on our list of where we would stay again!

Great for a trip with the dogs! Super close to get downtown but very little traffic on a closed street with direct access to the bike path where the dogs had a blast. We got snowed in and the fireplace kept us toasty and satellite TV had movies galore. We will stay here again when we visit friends in SLT. Thanks!

This is a family owned lodge, and yes it feels like home, the owner is always helpful and friendly and run the business with hearts and effort! Visited there last weekend! During the winter storm, wow it's been a long time since last time I saw this much snow, so fun, but almost got stuck in Tahoe LOL, 50/88/80 were all closed and waited 3 hour to get out. And yes the experience was exceptional. (isn't S'more in heavy snow exceptional? Dig my car out of snow is so fun) some fun facts: There was a power outage following the storm, so the coffee machine was not working in that morning, but the owner bought a ton of Starbucks for all the guests. There was a dog named Leo and my son are missing him so much when back home. Would definitely recommend it!
