Very disappointed to see holes in the carpet along with only providing 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 small cake of soap Good location but work needs to be done to bring apartment up to standard and for the price you pay it needs to include toiletries!!!

Surfers Paradise

From the time we booked the service and followup was exceptional. Picking up the key was easy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very tidy and easily accessed. An ideal spot as you are handy to the centre of Surfers so everything is literals on your door-step.

This property is in the heart of surfers paradise. The apartment is very clean and it has a beautiful sea view. It has accessible parking it’s well equipped with a washer, dryer and a full kitchen. We weren’t told that the apartment was part of the Hilton residence and is therefore accessible from the Hilton foyer so we had trouble finding it on the day. Due to that face we also had accessibility to all the Hilton amenities such as the pools and gym. Great place to stay for families.

Close to everything and only a walking distance to Surfers Paradise beach. Parking was very convenient. Communication with HRSP was not the greatest, however, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nightmare stay

If you are going with family and you are a person of color, don’t ever do the mistake of picking up this property especially during schoolies, where you are guaranteed to be harassed. They shouldn’t open up this hotel for families during schoolies time

The place is right in the heart of Surfers, only an elevator to Ground and you walk out of the Hilton site and you’re already on Cavill so prime location! The apartment was tidy and spacious and loved that the bedrooms were not next to eachother. I will add though while tidy, the apartment does feels quite dated. Overall, stay was good but one issue was we found a cockroach outside on the balcony, didn’t think too much of it since we never saw anything inside. It turned into a few crawling around at night though still on the balcony only. We were worried they’d come inside so we had to keep the sliding doors closed most times even though we wanted to enjoy the sea breeze being 19 floors up. Aside from this; no other major issues, parking easy, access easy, neighbours lovely. So thank you!

初めて利用した日本人です！ これから利用される方の参考になればと思います。 ホテルはヒルトンと同じ場所でホテルとレジデンスが同じになってます。 駐車場も利用できます。 受付は14時からでカギの場所は後日メールで送られてくる場所をGoogleで検索して行ってください。 ホテルからセブンの方角に歩いて3分くらいで信号を渡ったところにあります。 メールの案内が少し分かりづらい所はありますが質問したら返信は早かったです。 荷物はヒルトンで預けられないので街にあるロッカーを事前に調べて利用するのがベストです。 レジデンス利用者はヒルトンに荷物は預けられないです。 自分はロッカー箇所が分からずチェックインまで荷物を持って移動していたのですが街もキャリーがひっかかる箇所が多く大変かと思います。 ホテルは清掃は入らないですが事前に綺麗になっているので部屋も綺麗で布団も湿っておらずとても快適でした！ 周りはクラブなど多い場所ですが寝る時はうるさくなく気にならなかったです。 チェックアウトも同じ場所にカギを返すシステムで前日に部屋のごみ捨てなどのメール案内がきて忘れる事もないと思います！ 自分は英語は得意ではないのですが基本メールで全て完結するので翻訳アプリ等使いながらやりとり出来るのでとても楽でした。 立地もよく、基本の設備は十分整って居るのでサーファーズパラダイスを中心に観光する人にはオススメです(^^)
