Overall a really great stay

Place was in great condition and spotlessly clean, beds were mostly comfortable. A couple more towels would have been great with having such nice pools to use them at as well as bathing!

Close to all main shops, transport close by. Convenience of Cole’s downstairs. Bathrooms need a bit of a renovation. A bit old and run down. Not very clean looking. Had ants coming up the drain pipe.

It’s outdated curtains were stained, single bed was sinking asked for it to be replaced handyman apparently did something to fix it however same issue occurred. Shower door was closing properly water leaking everywhere, washing machine leaking and fridge was leaking. Location is great and pool area is amazing

Location was amazing, close to the beach and a short drive to the various theme parks. The view was stunning and the indoor pool was great when we had a couple of rainy days. The outdoor pool was beautiful! Our only criticism is the room smelled like smoke (had to buy air freshener to get rid of the smell) and the shower door in the ensuite didn’t seal so the bathroom floor got wet when showering. Otherwise our stay was great! Would definitely book again

Very spacious well appointed apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (only 1 bedroom required). Everything was provided to prepare your own meals when you tired of the junk food outlets and a big Coles in the complex. Found the large leather/vinyl? sofa sticky in hot weather. Great secure central location, well maintained with pleasant staff and secure parking.

The indoor pool did have emergency maintenance while we were there, so was unable to use that for the last 2 days, but that can't be helped. Highly recommend! Also, didn't have to pay for parking! it was included in room!

Our room was very out dated, things were broken, blinds were dirty and some torn. Washing machine stained my clithes and towels. The shower screen feel into the bath when my 8 year old opened it to get out (very scary) Not very happy with the state the room was in, definitely needs renovation

Great location. Coles just underneath. Close to everything. Awesome pool. Apartment was good but dissapointed to find a crazy amount of ants in the kitchen, on counters. Massive cockroaches in kitchen. Some sheets were stained, sink in bathroom didnt drain, we had to rewash the glasses as dirty. Only 1 dish towel and not enough toilet paper for a weeks stay. Had to buy ourselves.

The good: The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable. Pool was good (Outdoor unheated, indoor heated). Location is very central The Bad: - Completely letdown by the Bathroom which was in a shocking state of repair - Door handle was loose and almost falling off, paint peeling off the walls, vanity in a shocking state with cracks in the bowl, bath was not in good state of repair. All in all needs a very good renovation I was blown away that this was not done (Wouldnt cost a lot) certainly not up to renting out standard by any means - Apartment is extremely noisy and not sound proof by any means. Especially Fri/Sat/Sun with boy racers and sirens. Other times is still noisy with traffic

Our stay at Chevron Renaissance was excellent. We took advantage of the car space which was excellent and very easy to access. The bed was not the most comfortable and I ended up sleeping on the couch for some of my nights. Apart from that one thing we were very happy with our stay and waking up to such an amazing view every day!
