Took a quick two night trip to get away from the cold and snow in Ohio (for a way-too-short breather). Our stay at Camelot by the Sea through Elliott Beach Rentals was perfect and just what we needed! Loved the lazy river and the hot tub! Spent quite a bit of time at Broadway at the Beach which we LOVED! ABSOLUTELY recommend Joe’s Crab Shack and Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen!!!! Will definitely be using and revisiting all of them again in the future!!!! PERFECT LONG WEEKEND!

I picked this unit because Expedia listed a washer and dryer in the unit. When I arrived, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that the unit had no washer and dryer. I would have stayed elsewhere if the information on Expedia had been correct. It is unfair to the customer to misrepresent the property. Elliott Rentals was easy to deal with, and very apologetic for Expedia's mistake.

I loved being on the 16th Floor, the ocean view, being able to walk anywhere, and my room was in excellent condition! Customer Service were the nicest with any questions and always reachable. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

My Wife and I had an amazing time. The location of this property to "things to do" and to the beach was awesome. The only things I can say that would be negative was the shower leaked and didn't have great pressure. But otherwise it was an amazing property.

Recently there. Nice place for the money. Only complaint is smelled of weed first day. And someone had taken batteries out of remote for TV in bedroom. Would recommend for a nice vacation.

Sheets and towels weren’t too clean. Had to go out and purchase own sheets and wash cloths. Had no broom for the room. Don’t recommend using private room anymore. Would rather go straight through resort.

It took be 20 mins to get inside the room,when i call the in got laugh at. There were bed buds,feces on the lines, no blanket or extra towels ect. If you do need anything the hotel will not help u even though there name is on it. It will take 2 hour for anyone to bring o anything. So just remember check the sheets and bring your own cleaning product for the room and own towel and sheets and toliet paper. Never again will i stay at this property. The staffbis no help at all. P.s dont forget to have good shoulder for the doors. I really should get my money back

This property needs a thorough cleaning. My family arrived to a substandard unit that was poorly cleaned. One bed intended for my daughter had a urine and what appeared to be blood-stained mattress pad. The staining was very prominent. After some phone calls and texts with housekeeping/management, a mattress pad was dropped off two days later when my family and I were out. I had to change the soiled bed. This major problem was not handled properly or professionally. If dirty bed linen was in plain sight on the bed, certainly headboards, doors, and other high-touch surfaces are not cleaned routinely. Consequently, I also had to wipe down headboards, the coffee table, doors, and tv remotes due to dried food and greasy fingerprints. There was also a pair of shorts from a previous guest left on the bedroom floor at the edge of the bed skirt. So, that bedding is not likely changed between guests either. Also, the balcony latch/lock needs replacing. It is rusty and does not lock. This is a safety concern particularly for children with access to the 4th floor balcony which could result in a tragedy for a family on vacation. The hole in the bathroom door also needs repair and all upholstered furniture needs professional cleaning. The oceanfront view was the best amenity.

Overall the property was nice. They have onsite 10 level parking garage which has at the top a gazebo like structure to look out as far as the eye can see and take pics. The property has several unique pools but need to fix water clarity or cleanliness of water. Great beach access along with a beautiful view from room balcony. Lobby area very clean and nice We had problems with the independently owned condo we rented. Apparently Condo 1615 has chosen not to use services of Camelot by the Sea so you get 1set of towels, washcloths, & linens for number of renters for no matter how many days you are renting. I had to call housing keeping which is not associated with Camelot by the Sea and I was told I have to pay $35 for each new set of Towels, washcloths, and sheets I want. This also includes toilet paper. No housekeeping comes with Condo 1615 including the fact there is no vaccum in room for you to get any crumbs or sand off of carpet. The bedroom area had food, crumbs and dirt under the beds. The sofa bed had mold and stains to the point we couldn't use it so 1 person had to sleep on the couch itself which we put sheets all over it. Also, none of the countertops, side tables, end tables, or beaurea top was clean or wiped down. The bathroom was nice overall but water pressure was awful and the sink would barely drain. The Condo 1615 also does not provide laundry detergent so you can't wash towels, clothes, or sheets in the washer or dryer that is provided for by Camelot by Sea
