Stayed here for 3 nights in November. Property is old, no windows in the room and staff is not friendly or helpful. Asked for more coffee pods as 2 were only provided and they advised if I wanted more then I would have to buy them. We travel all over the world and I have never been told this before. The apartment was old not like in the pictures and is about a 20 min walk to Rossio Square. I would never stay here again.

Last minute booking for overnight stay before flying out. Good location for heading out of town, near Parque Eduardo VII and Parque metro if you want to head down into old Town. Excellent staff and service.

Reasonable prices for the space you get. It was quite clean but the facilities are a bit old. The reception and overall staff is lovely and very accomadating, and are available 24/7! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
