Horror Hotel!!!

Es war einfach nur HORROR!!!! Mein Partner und ich wollten ein schönes Geburtstagswochenende verbringen! Als Ich das Zimmer sah, dachte ich, dass ich mich verlaufen habe!!! Matratze hatte alte Urinflecken und allgemein war alles verwahrlost. Wir wollten ein neues Zimmer und bekamen auch eins. Der Supergau!!! Wir suchten ein neues Hotel auf, dass traumhaft war und erst noch günstig. Jede Jugendherberge is luxuriöser

During vacation, one is supposed to wake up leisurely in the morning to a nice, quiet surroundings. However, there was major renovation going on and we were woken up to the noise of drilling and electric saws, not good. Secondly, because of this renovation,we were put up in an adjacent building, not the main one shown in the photos. The secondary building is not as pleasant as the main one, not much light falling into the room. During booking of this property on expedia, there was no information on this renovation, the reason is obvious but that does not mean the customers should get cheated.

More like a dorm than a hotel

This hotel is currently under renovations, so I am sure the new hotel rooms will be nicer. However, our hotel room was very minimal and looked more like a college dorm than a highly-rated hotel. There was no way to control the temperature of the room, the bed was uncomfortable, and the shower head was broken. Overall, this hotel was disappointing.

Da aufgrund Umbaus des Hotels eine Baustelle, sehr schlecht beschriftet! zB den Saal für das Frühstück zu finden ist sehr schwierig. Weiters sind die Preise für die mit der Baustelle in zusammenhang stehende Sauberkeit und Ordnung eher überhöht.

When arrived - the staff (she is about 45-50 year old) who checked me in was NOT friendly at all. She thought she was doing me a favor. Room was clean with a nice balcony.

The location in town was great. The room felt more like a hostel than a hotel. It looked NOTHING like the pictures online. Bed was comfortable, but I got little sleep. I had to wake up early and the DJ at the hotel bar played loud music that kept me up till 1:00. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone other than someone who plans to be out at the bar.

The room was very hot and had no air conditioner. In fact they said I did not book an air conditioned room. I did not know they had 2 kinds!! They switched me to a different room but gave me a twin bed with a horrible thin pillow. I had to bundle up a sweater and jacket which I used for a pillow. They have a breakfast buffet available for which they charge. Being on the main street is noisy since the door had to be open all night to cool. People walking outside were loud and talked late into the night, preventing sleep.

인터라켄 웨스트에서 정말 가깝고 앞에 마트도 있고 서브웨이도 있어서 맛있게 먹었습니다 :) 깨끗하고 안락하게 잘 놀다갑니다
