Great location and great staff

I arrived and left by train so the hotel just across the street was perfect and surprisingly not noisy. The room was large and airy being on corner. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the breakfast was worth the 12 euro cost.

O hotel fica em frente a estacao de trem e onibus, o que é uma vantagem mas tem a desvantagem de ter uma vizinhanca bem ruim. As instalacoes sao muito boas e o cafe da manha é bom. Quanto ao staff acho que precisam ser mais bem treinados a lidar com o publico, principalmente o recepcionista da noite que é grosseiro e debochado o que é inaceitável para a funcao que ocupa.

Perfect location - but that’s about it

This is a very cute hotel, located next to the train station! It’s a very good location, and you can walk to the beach, a lot of the shops and restaurants! The hotel interior is nice, and the air conditioning is working great - however, the rooms run small, and the mattress and pillows are like rocks. The people working there is polite, but the service is not great. We got told to get out of our room and get the toilet paper ourself when it was empty and the cleaners didn’t replace it. When we asked for help to carry down our suitcases when leaving they told us we had to carry it ourselves even though I was sick. One of the days they also forgot to clean our room. If you’re looking for a small cute hotel in the heart of Cannes but don’t care about service and hard mattresses this is your place

Vi bodde på hotellet i 5 netter og rommene ble ikke rengjort på denne tiden, bare utskiftning av håndkle. Rommet ble ganske skittent når vi gikk frem og tilbake fra strand osv, og dusjen var full i sand, da denne ikke rant ned i sluket. Etter to netter på hotellet bråvåknet vi midt på natten av at de ansatte i resepsjonen brøt seg inn på rommet vårt. Dette var for å sjekke om det var en vannlekkasje på badet som hadde trukket ned i underetasjen. De prøvde ikke å banke på før de kom inn, og døren var låst fra innsiden, så de låste seg fysisk inn med nøkkel når kortet ikke fungerte. Dette var en veldig skremmende opplevelse, da det som sagt var midt på natten, og vi var to jenter alene på tur. Det var ingen beklagelse i etterkant, eller forklaring på hvorfor de hadde gjort som de gjorde. Resepsjonisten bare sprang videre. I tillegg var det veldig lytt mellom rommene, og man hørte veldig mye lyder, som man kanskje ikke heller ønsker å høre.
