Needs a bit of work but very comfortable overall

Room had a bad smell. Opening windows on entering the room seemed to get rid of it, but it always returned after we closed up and went out for a while. Edges of floors and skirting boards very dusty/fluffy, obviously not cleaned for some time although bedding, bath, shower, sink and toilet were spotless. Had coffee maker but no kettle to heat water for cup of tea so had to use saucepan which took up to half an hour to heat as power was also a bit touchy. Had ironing board but no iron. Beds really comfortable. Good set up, nice kitchen. Pity those few things let it down. Building a bit tired. Overall a pleasant stay. Wish to say that staff at reception were lovely and wish to express thanks to the very kind receptionist who gave me her own train ticket so I could get to the Police Station after my bag got stolen at the railway station.

L'hôtel est pratique et bien situé. Par contre Il a vraiment besoin d'une rénovation. Notre télé ne marchait pas, il y avait un trou sous la fenêtre bouché par un torchon, des traces de dégâts des eaux au plafond .... L'alerte incendie s'est déclenchée à 2h du matin et nous n'avons vu personne de l'hôtel.

Es war dreckig, auf dem Bett waren Flecken, Haare im Bad, Essensreste in die Küche, Fenster ging nicht zu, das Zimmer roch ganz ekelhaft und alt, die Möbel waren schon am zerfallen, Fenster schmutzig es war allgemein sehr dreckig und alt. Ganz besonders unter dem Bett war eine Riesen Staubschicht.

Its very close to the expo center and the rooms are quite good for the price. The lobby could use some cleaning but good otherwise.

The unit is clean and it also has a kitchen. The staffs were nice and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast area except for that old black guy in the reception on september 24 2024 when we arrive at around 11 am. He is grumpy and speaks to me as if i just got out of the bush. He seems angry or just undermined my ethnic background. The management should speak to him. It is not right what he did. I stayed for few days and my wish is not to see him again.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder im Alter von 4 und 7 Jahren gebucht. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und gemütlich. sauber. Es war einfach kein Bett für die Kinder vorbereitet. Wir haben die Couch selbst aufgeklappt. Und im Schrank lagen Decken. Leider ohne Kissen. Aber irgendwie haben wir es geschafft. Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wo der Eiffelturm 20 Gehminuten entfernt war. Wir haben wunderschöne Restaurants und Cafés gesehen. Es gab auch einen normalen Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe. Und am nächsten Tag reisten wir ins 40 Autominuten entfernte Disneyland. Ganztagesausflüge waren TOP. Bei der Abreise besuchten wir das Louvre-Museum. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel. 🔝👌👌👌🇫🇷❤️
